Michael Gethen

Michael has worked in the media and technology sectors, in senior strategic, M&A, and operational roles in Australia, Europe and Asia, and has been based in Singapore since 2011.
His sector experience as a corporate advisor and non-executive Board director is complemented by direct operational experience in CEO and general management roles, and as a successful entrepreneur who has built and sold a mobile commerce, data analytics marketing platform.
Michael has worked for media companies, technology companies, boutique corporate finance firms and major listed companies including Fairfax Media and Honeywell Corporation. He holds an MBA and a MM from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Rob Antulov

Rob is a successful media, tech and FMCG executive, advisor and entrepreneur, specialising in advising growth businesses on value creation and M&A transactions.
His most recent corporate role was Director of Strategy and M&A at Fairfax Media, where he advised the Board, CEO and Executive team on strategic growth, media convergence and digital expansion.
He has advised on over 45 transactions in technology, media and consumer goods sectors, spanning trade sales, early stage and development capital raising, acquisition and divestments.
Nathan Reay

Nathan has 20 years experience in global M&A and strategy roles both as a corporate advisor and C-Suite Executive.
Nathan spent 12 years with PwC globally, in London, Sydney and HK, during which time he advised on corporate transactions across numerous industries including media, banking, infrastructure, property and private equity.
Nathan held senior roles at Bauer Media (Head of M&A AsiaPac and Nova Entertainment (Head of M&A and Strategy). In these roles he led all corporate strategy and investment / M&A decisions for the corporate owners, the Bauer and Murdoch families.
As well as completing various standalone investments and acquisitions for Bauer and Nova, Nathan was also a founding board member and sat on the investment committee of Scaleup Media Fund, the vehicle through which Murdoch owned media companies collectively invest in early stage businesses.
Adrian Bunter

Adrian has over 25 years experience in finance and corporate advisory and working with businesses to help them grow, expand and exit. He is a former Director at PwC Australia, Private Clients and Mergers & Acquisitions groups. Adrian is also a highly active angel investor and advisor to high growth companies sitting on several boards.
He has significant experience in advising private and listed clients on commercial, business management, strategic issues and transactions covering all facets of their business across a wide range of industries.
Adrian has been involved in over 100 transactions across investment and M&A, including equity and debt raises, IPOs, acquisitions, sales and spin-offs and private equity transactions.
